The hire will be responsible for the end to end of digital marketing 2 e-Retail Brands.

  • Marketing Strategy: Responsible for setting digital marketing objectives, strategies, budget, aligned to offline marketing plans. Grow digital channels to increase brand visibility and market penetration.
  • Branding: Consistent, on-brand execution vs. offline marketing campaigns.
  • Digital Marketing Campaigns: Consult with buying team to understand trends and sales reports. Drive path to purchase optimization using automation marketing tools. Conceptualise and implement Sales Campaign and Strategies on eCommerce platforms. Clear KPIs proposal to measure the impact of digital marketing efforts.
  • Business Intelligence: Relentless benchmarking and analysis of competitors. Translate data into sales acquisition strategies, optimize ROI. Lead new ways of mining existing data for business competitiveness. Mine sales data (Google Analytics, Sprinklr, CRM etc.) for customer segmentation, buying habits, patterns. Mine qualitative data to uncover customer insights and unmet needs, translate them into business strategies and sales. Develop model of market share data.
  • Loyalty Program: Lead Loyalty Program management, analysis and planning.
  • Search: Develop, execute and optimise Google Adwords. Manage external agency for SEO.
  • Content: Develop content strategy, enhanced product content, leverage customer generated content.
  • Social: Conceptualise and execute Facebook postings, ad campaigns, and Twitter posting with external partners. Leverage on social media monitoring tools.

  • Develop & implement an effective digital marketing strategies.
  • Analyze and translate business intelligence data into sales acquisition or customer retention.
  • Manage costs and improve effectiveness and efficiencies of marketing initiatives.

  • Data driven, results driven. Innovative, entrepreuneurial, resourceful, self-motivated, with passion for e-commerce. Able to translate broad direction into clear KPIs, processes, strategies. Have excellent planning and prioritisation skills.
  • Strong understanding of business. Have a passion for consumer products.
  • Team player needed, to work with offline marketing team.
  • Strong analytical skills; great communicator, problem solving and decision making skills.
  • Have an eye for beauty and detail.
  • Have managed digital budgets and worked with Search Agencies.
  • Proficient in Office, free competitive measuring tools and Google Analytics. Exacttarget user, or equivalent automation marketing platform. Experienced in Google Adwords, Google Display, Facebook advertising.
  • Capabilities/Experience we appreciate: eCommerce Retail, photoshop skills, have led small team before.
  • Front end development, PHP, Java, C, HTML, CSS experience is a plus.

  • Degree in Business or Marketing or at least 3 years' experience in digital marketing role.

The hire will be responsible for the end to end of the warehouse management for E-commerce.

  • To ensure warehouse and order management are properly run at the warehouse.
  • To ensure stock take and stock accuracy and perform adjustment if required.
  • To maintain the warehouse, help stock receiving, help replenishment by sales.
  • To liaise with logistic company and packing of orders.
  • To assist in picking, price tagging and scanning if required.
  • Ensures and maintains good housekeeping and 5S.

  • Cooperative, responsible and able to work in a team.
  • Good attitude, meticulous and hard working.

  • Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM or equivalent.
  • Required Skill(s): Arrangement of logistics, warehousing, stock-take.
  • Able to start immediately.

Reporting to the Area Manager, your responsibilities will include:-

  • Leading your Team to achieve sales targets and execute smooth operations.
  • Train and develop all store employees, ensuring tip top service standard and all positions are filled in a timely manner with qualified personnel.
  • Ensure store activities live up to standards (VM, sales activities, campaigns, stocks and follow up)
  • Ensure that back office procedures are up to standards (staff planning, cash procedure, deliveries, health and safety and security routines.
  • Responsible for loss prevention and execution for store stock inventory.

  • Cooperative, responsible and able to work in a team.
  • Good attitude, meticulous and hard working.

  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma / Degree or higher.
  • At least 3 – 5years experience in Retail Operations managing a full store team is encouraged to apply. Preferably experience in Fashion or Hard-line products.
  • Interpersonal skills with the confidence to deliver customer service above expectations.
  • Able to work varied hours/days.
  • Computer literate.

Reporting to: Head of Retail.Job purpose:Develop an effective team to drive all retail KPI’s ensuring the company goals are achieved.

  • Ensure smooth running of store operation
  • Responsible for achieving district sales performance in align with weekly, monthly and annual targets.
  • Guide and motivate the respective sales force to optimize the sales performance which includes coaching and staffing.
  • Conduct competitor and industry analysis for identifying and proposing product improvement and marketing initiatives
  • Conduct sales, product related and customer service training as and when required
  • Create a culture of customer service according to the company standards, ensuring the best possible customer experience.
  • Execute and implement promotion efforts with active merchandise management (e.g. new merchandise, best sellers, markdowns)
  • Sharing and communicate with store team and office support team.
  • Responsibilities for loss prevention and planning for store stock inventory

  • Min Diploma / Degree with 3-5 year experience in retail managing few stores from reputable Fashion or Hardline background
  • Highly independent and committed, ability to drive and lead team member to achieve Company’s objectives.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
