Purchase Within 14 Days
Original Condition
Proof of Purchase

We accept product exchanges within 14 days from the purchase date, provided the items are returned in their original packaging, unused, and in sellable condition.

Please note the following:

1. Exchange Only: We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Only product exchanges are allowed.

2. Return Shipping Costs: Any cost of returning the item to us will not be refunded.

3. Exchange Conditions: Once we receive the returned item, we will exchange it for another item of equal or higher value. Any price difference must be paid to secure the exchange.

4. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or invoice is required for all exchanges, so please keep these handy to make your return easier.

5. Multi-Buy Promotions: If the returned product was part of a multi-buy promotion, all items in the promotion must be returned together.

6. VIP Member Sale: Items purchased during the VIP Member Sale with additional discounts can only be exchanged during the sale period.

Exceptions
Our return policy does not apply to:

· Gift vouchers, delivery, or installation charges.

· Products sold as special markdowns (e.g., display units, missing parts).

· Items showing normal wear and tear or damage resulting from misuse.

Manufacturing Defects
If the returned product has a manufacturing defect, we will provide a free replacement at Mothercare’s discretion.

Returning Products by Post
If returning products via post, avoid standard mail as there’s a higher risk of damage during transit, which will be your responsibility.

Incorrect Products (Online Purchase Only)
If you receive the wrong product, we will cover the return shipping cost and deliver the correct item as quickly as possible. Exchanges are also available under the same conditions.

Please allow some time for our staff to inspect and process the returned product.
