We accept product exchanges within 14 days from the purchase date, provided the items are returned in their original packaging, unused, and in sellable condition.
Please note the following:
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Only product exchanges are allowed.
Any cost of returning the item to us will not be refunded.
Once we receive the returned item, we will exchange it for another item of equal or higher value. Any price difference must be paid to secure the exchange.
A receipt or invoice is required for all exchanges, so please keep these handy to make your return easier.
If the returned product was part of a multi-buy promotion, all items in the promotion must be returned together.
Items purchased during the VIP Member Sale with additional discounts can only be exchanged during the sale period.
If the returned product has a manufacturing defect, we will provide a free replacement at Mothercare’s discretion.
If returning products via post, avoid standard mail as there’s a higher risk of damage during transit, which will be your responsibility.
If you receive the wrong product, we will cover the return shipping cost and deliver the correct item as quickly as possible. Exchanges are also available under the same conditions.
Please allow some time for our staff to inspect and process the returned product.
