• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Store away from food & drinks
• Do note swallow; External use only

How to apply:

• Cleanse and dry the chest and throat area gently
• Roll the balm over the chest and throat area, gently massaging it into the skin
• Apply every 4 hours for continuous comfort
