Mothercare is dedicated to offering the highest levels of
quality and service. We will be happy to refund or
exchange any item(s)* that you are not completely
satisfied with, as long as they are returned in an unused
condition, within 5 days with proof of purchase.
*Excluding toiletries, personal items
and books. Most items can
be returned to any Mothercare
store.

Terms & Conditions
- This warranty is only applicable in Malaysia only.
- Warranty card must be presented whenever service is
required. Warranty will not be valid
if the warranty card is not presented.
- The warranty card is non-transferable.
- Warranty is only against manufacturing faults. The
warranty applies only to defect which
occur under conditions of normal operation and proper
use. It does not extend to defects
arising from abuse, faulty care or maintenance.
- Company will not be responsible or be charged for
service due to negligent handling,
misutilization or tempering of the product by the
customer. Company will also not be
responsible for damage of product through natural
disasters.
- The warranty does not cover component parts, which
require replacement in the ordinary
course of use due to normal wear and tear by reason of
their characteristic, including
accessories.
- Warranty is valid from the date of purchase and
period as stated.
