Returns and Exchanges

Exchange Policy

Mothercare branded merchandises are warrant against manufacturer's fault. Items can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase but must be returned in an unused condition, in their original state and packaging. An original receipt must be produced to show proof of purchase in Malaysia.

For personal hygiene purposes, merchandise categorises under toiletries, underwear (inner garments), lingerie & accessories, bedding and feeding items (unless faulty), they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. In addition, merchandise sold as promotional sale items are not covered in the exchange policy. Please include your invoice number, date of purchase, product name, reason for return and specify the store you would like to return to. Once delivered, the delivery and assembly charges are non-refundable.

Wrong Item Sent by Us

For any wrong item sent to you, we will provide the right item and retrieve the wrong one at our cost. An exchange can be arranged or a refund may be processed based on customer preference.

For Wrong Size Purchase / Exchanges / Returns

For wrong size purchased, returns or product exchanges, the cost would be borne by the buyer. All exchanges would have to be for items of the same value or higher. Please note: Avoid standard mail as damage to the product could occur in regular mail. However, if it is returned through standard mail services, any damage would be borne by the buyer. Once we have received the item in good condition, we will proceed with exchange as agreed.

If you wish to return or exchange a mothercare branded merchandise, please approach the store in which the items were purchased from.

Non-Mothercare Branded Merchandise

For non-mothercare branded merchandise, terms of warranty are honoured and limited by different local distributors. Products are usually warrant against manufacturers' defects unless otherwise stated. Below is a listing of customer service centres.
